THE PROCESS

Why get a pre or postnuptial agreement?
There are many reasons prenuptial and postnuptial agreements are gaining in popularity. Couples realize that should their marriage end, the outcome should be theirs to decide, not the states'. And if you have children and are thinking of getting married, an agreement is an important way to protect the ones who depend on you.

Nobody wants to think at the beginning of a marriage that it will ever end in divorce. However the statistics on divorce in the United States cannot be ignored:

OUR SIMPLE 3-STEP PROCESS

CA PRENUP will help you prepare a customized prenuptial, marital, or other Agreement from the comfort of your home. Below is our 3-step process:

Step 1:  Set up an Appointment
Contact our Office to schedule an appointment at least two weeks before your wedding for a Prenuptial Agreement or any other time for other Marital Agreements.  Because CA PRENUP specializes exclusively in California Marital Agreements, our Agreements contain advanced provisions for flexibility and to better protect you.

Step 2:  Speak with our Attorney Our Attorney will call you and speak with you to obtain specifics.  Your agreement will then be drafted, customized to your unique circumstances. With CA PRENUP, you can relax knowing your conversation is private and that confidential and the resultant document is accurately completed.

Step 3:  The Agreement
We will then send out your Marital Agreement within 48 hours, either via first-class mail, overnight mail or e-mail. Then, simply follow our next step instructions to validate the agreement.
