- The Bureau of the Census projected that 4 of 10 first marriages will end in divorce.
- People between the ages of 25 to 39 make up 60% of all divorces.

Step 1: Set up an Appointment
Contact our Office to schedule an appointment at least two weeks before your wedding for a Prenuptial Agreement or any other time for other Marital Agreements. Step 2: Speak with our Attorney Our Attorney will call you and speak with you to obtain specifics. Your agreement will then be drafted, customized to your unique circumstances. Step 3: The Agreement
We will then send out your Marital Agreement within 48 hours, either via first-class mail, overnight mail or e-mail. Then, simply follow our next step instructions to validate the agreement.
